Refurbishing Process

At East Coast Slots all gaming devices are refurbished to meet customer specifications and needs.

1. Once an order has been placed, the machines are taken to the “cleaning area” where they are disassembled and every inch thoroughly cleaned.

2. After the completion of the cleaning process and a quality control inspection, the machines are transported to the tech area for the next stage of the refurbishing process.

3. Once in the tech department, each individual component is removed from the gaming device and put through extensive testing to ensure EAST COAST SLOTS quality. Any component that does not meet our highest expectations is replaced with a new or gently used component based on customer request.

4. After all components have passed our extensive quality control procedure; the gaming device is re-assembled and tested in its entirety by one of our specialists.

5. Once the gaming device has met and passed all of our extensive tests by one specialist, it is then tested by our quality control team to again ensure EAST COAST SLOTS quality.

6. Most companies would consider this machine “completed” at this point. However, we at EAST COAST SLOTS leave the machines up and running for a full day before our lead technician inspects the device one last time to ensure optimum quality.

7. After the third and final quality control check, the gaming devices are sent back to the cleaning area for one more thorough cleaning.

8.Finally, the devices are sent to our shipping and receiving department where they are wrapped and prepped for shipment.
